Content that looks like you mean it.
Photo, video and motion graphics for restaurants, chefs, gyms and brands in Halifax. I shoot chef reels for The East Coast Kitchen and content for 902 Athletics and Blended Athletics.

Three lanes. One person, start to finish.
I plan it, shoot it, edit it and animate it — so you never open an editing app again.

You've probably seen my work already.
Gyms are where I learned to shoot — years of HYROX and CrossFit at Blended Athletics, a full year of every post on 902 Athletics' feed, plus Dalhousie, The Pound Performance Centre and the Raw Power Strength Challenge.

We talk. A 20-minute call about your business and who you want walking in.
I plan. A one-page content plan built from your customers' real questions.
We shoot. Ninety minutes at your place. You bring the questions, I bring everything else.
You approve, I post. Nothing goes up that you're not proud of.
From first message to first post in two weeks.
